The House: Casa Dorel – Calle Morera
The Casa Dorel is a detached holiday house based in Javéa. This Levantine-style Finca was built in 1972. At that time, it was normal with the Neo-Mudéjar tradition that the doors and the furniture were hand-made, this means with the build in caissons and dark brown wood stain. The traditional red terra cotta floor tiles are also still in the house. The tiles are light pink in the bathroom and light blue in the kitchen. We chose not to change this traditional aspect of the house in order to maintain this Spanish authenticity, which creates a unique atmosphere.
This house is perfect for four people. One room has a double bed (150 x 190 cm) and another room two single beds (90 x 200 cm each). The bathroom has a bathtub and a bidet. An outside shower is also at your disposal on the patio. In the kitchen there is a gas stove, a big fridge with a separated freezer, a microwave and a coffee machine. A dishwasher and washing machine are also part of the kitchen. A television and a radio you can use are placed in the living room and the entire house is equipped with WIFI. In the evening you can relax near the fireplace. Outside the living room there is an open and covered patio. The property is about 700 m2 large. On the road side of the house you will find a covered parking space. Even though the Finca is placed in a wooded neighbourhood with few constructions, the place is only 3 km away from the beach. The Calle Morera is a no-through road so the traffic won’t bother you.
The village: Jávea
Based on the COSTA BLANCA, at the foot of the Montgó massif, at equal distance from Valencia and Alicante, you will find the village of Jávea.
Since the Roman era and still today, Jávea is a fishing village. The historical part of the city as well as its harbour could be preserved thanks to the slow development of tourism. In contrary to other places, the city council decided a long time ago not to build big buildings. In this view, the charm and authenticity of the village have been preserved, the Levantine construction style remains and Jávea is still one of the most beautiful places of the Costa Blanca. The Jávea bay is made up of two parts. Surfers and wind-surfers meet on the pebble beach, where everyone comes together in the evening to enjoy some tapas and wine sold by the Chiringuitos. The sand beach, which is full of palm tress and parasols, allows tourist to go swimming. Along it you will find restaurants, coffee shops and bars.
In the northern side of the bay, the historic part of the city and its harbour merge together with the Montgó massif. On the southern side begins the rocky cliff and its natural landscapes, which offers different views of the coast and the neighbouring islands.

The price includes: bed sheets and towels, Internet, water, electricity and a Spanish, English or German support service.
Additional costs: the housecleaning at the end of the stay costs 130.00 €. For pets we will ask you to pay an additional 45.00 €. Between October and March some extra electricity cost will be added regarding your consumption.

You will be asked to pay 25% of the total price in order to confirm the booking. The remaining 75% will have to be paid at the latest four weeks before your holiday. At your arrival a 200 € deposit will be required.
